Best time to organize the holiday party of event is afternoon time. But at lunch time most of the people will not be able to attend the party easily. On the other hand if you plan to organize holiday party at evening time. Most of people will be available to attend the event, but it won’t be very cost effective. Better to choose Monday night rather than Saturday, because lot of other proceedings is also in a row at same time. Select the best and moderate weather for holiday party.
