Since 2015, I have been working to help researchers in building the 
technical capacity they need to conduct efficient research. It majorly involves making them technically strong in research software tools like Excel, SPSS, Mendeley, EndNote, LaTeX, Weka, etc. which could assist them in literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, reporting, paper writing, and publications. Over the years, I have conducted more than 60 hands-on training sessions. Most of these were held at PASTIC National Center, Islamabad. Apart from that, few sessions were held at AHK-National Center for Rural Development (AHK-NCRD), Islamabad. With PASTIC's MoUs, we conducted few sessions at Rawalpindi Medical University (RMU), PMAS-Arid Agriculture University, and COMSATS. Over the time, I have trained over 3,000 researchers from different parts of the country. Recently, we have initiated trainings on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and LaTeX as well.
I usually opt to make trainings interactive, easy to understand and follow. I have always prerferred excercises on learned topics so participants can immediately apply what they learn to their own work. This approach has helped both beginners and advanced users gain confidence in using different research tools. By the end of each session, participants are able to work more efficiently, save time, and improve the quality of their research output.
