For event planning business you have to measure the important constrains and elements for perfect planning of some event. Venue Space
For this you have to check first how many people are coming to attend the event? The most important affect is layout of the room and sitting arrangement of the room. Theater and cinema sittings always having more capacity to accommodate people, while seminars, conferences and classroom arrangements allow less people to sit. And make sure that venue hall can occupy almost 20% more people as total number of people coming.

When you will do sitting arrangement of the hall, you have to create getaway spaces for guests. Divide the room into smaller spaces and arrange different groups of people. It’s very delicate and complicated type of calculation. For example if 400 people are coming to attend the event then you can divide them in four groups of 100 people and do their sitting arrangement. On the other hand you can also make 4 groups of sitting arrangement means each group consists of 100 people. Next make getaway space for people to move around easily in hall between the divisions of sitting arrangement. Construct 4 feet space for the movement of the guests. You can make almost 4 getaways for the guests. Distance between tables and chairs must be 1 to 2 feet almost. So that people can see and view the stage easily.
Washroom and Restroom Access
Create some specific space and way for the access of washroom. If venues have large number of space then there is no issue in creating so many getaway spaces for people to move around. If all people will go to washroom at one time, this will create a big mess. The placement of the washroom must be different in venue hall to manage all people at one time frame. If people have to wait for other for washroom access, it will be total failure of your event structure. Implement all the facilities in some logical manner.

Parking lot space
Parking lot space is the most important issue for event execution. Good and big space of the cars should be provided for the ease of the guests. Check how your competitors provide space for the parking of cars. Check the timings of parking lot. If it is full in afternoon and less in night time then better to conduct your event in evening time. Your event will break down into pieces if people will face any difficulties to park their cars. If you have arranged the event in basement of some venue building then you will face more hurdles for parking. Better to get some extra space from venue manager for parking.
