Number of people involved in organizing, managing, handling and settling the event depend upon the size and type of an event. Usually while doing a small party organization, we need only two or three people. But when you are organizing some concert, carnival or Olympics , hundreds of people are involved in team work.

Event management team consists of following members and people:
1) Event Manager
He has following duties:
1. He makes plan and produce the whole event.
2. He talks with the customer and does all human resource management.
3. He prepares paperwork and makes a proposal to win a bid and then show it to organization who want to arrange an event.
4. He hires all people in event management team.

He has following duties:
1. He works with event manager and do all coordination with team and make sure that all operation are running efficiently and correctly.
2. He does all collaborations and communications with team members and marketing organizers.
3. He assists event manager to check all aspects of event and do program coordination.
3) Information planner
He has following duties:
1. He gets information from different resources and compiles them.
2. He does all paperwork and documentation of site selection, catering service, decoration etc. and keeps record of everything before and after the event.
3. He makes database of service providers, guests, attendees, employees, organizers and sponsors.
4. He makes and implement risk management plan in the case of loss of all information and keep backup plan and database.
4) Logistic planner
He has following duties:
1. He oversees the whole project and event.
2. Do all customer clearness of shipment services
3. He moves supplies from one place to other in an organized manner.
5. He handles all the resource management

5) Security planner
He has following duties:
1. He perform very important and sensitive job. He makes plan and structure of security issues.
Make an arrangement to provide security to guests, clients, organizers, members, sponsors, and all product and equipment used in event.

6) Infrastructure Organizer
He has following duties:
1. He prepares a whole structure of event like where to entre, where to exit, parking areas, boundaries around venue etc.

3 .He checks store rooms, staff rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, rest areas and wash room facilities.
3. He makes a setup for electricity power, generators, gas and phone connection.
4. He makes sure that all the places are neat and clean.
5. He composes and construct risk plan in case of shortage of water, electricity loss, power loss and phone disconnections.
