It’s good for meetings and brand launch. This style reflects the seating found in a school or lecture hall, with chairs and trestle tables are placed in repeated straight rows. People are sitting close and difficult to exit. Seats are facing forward and seating capacity is reduces due to tables. People can’t interact with each other.3. Herringbone:
This style is very alike to Classroom, but each consecutive row of chairs and tables are angled inwards. All of the seats are placed inward towards dais. And all of the seats are placed forwards towards the room. Less space for audience to interact and exit from room.4. U Shape:
This style is used for workshops, meetings and training sessions. As the name tells this style is in the shape of the letter U, with the tables & chairs arranged in a wide and open ended pattern with the audience facing inwards. It’s used for presentations and big meetings. This style is very similar to U Shape, but there are no tables, only chairs arranged in an open ended arrangement with the people facing inwards.

Popular for discussions. This style is similar to U Shape, however there are four sides and no open end, with the audience all facing inwards. Audience can interact with each other fully but seating capacity is reduced.7. Boardroom:
It’s used for small meetings, small presentations, interview and team briefing plans.This style is a mini edition of the Hollow Square or U Shape, however there is a big elongated table, with the audience all facing inwards.
